This depends on which part of the current circuit has a large resistance. In the current circuit, the resistance of that part is large, so the heat first occurs in that part. Therefore, in touch welding, the resistance of welding head is very important.

 

Micro spot welding head

The micro spot welding head is the welding head corresponding to microelectronics spot-welder. Its primary feature is that the welding head and welding machine now form a loop. The current passes through this loop, and the heat occurs at the high end of the welding head first, and the welding head actively generates heat, however, the welded object does not actively heat up. The welding head contacts the welded object and transfers heat to the welded object instantly, melting the welded object and welding it on another welded object in contact.

 

When the welding head in the spot welding equipment is welding thinner wires, the welding heads needs to be pressed on the two metal thin wires to be welded, and the welded metal thin wires are welded together through the effect of the high temperature welding head. In the process of winding the coil on the CNC winding is always used when welding the coil wire with the welding head.

However, since the welding head is easy to wear and accumulate foreign matter, it is necessary to clean the welding head frequently, so the welding power is low and the welding quality is low. This instability seriously affects the output power and coil quality of the coils wound by the CNC winding machine. Conventional spot welding heads include chromium zirconium copper, aluminum oxide copper, beryllium copper, tungsten copper, etc. They are selected according to different product materials for different jobs.

For example, chromium zirconium copper spot welding heads are generally equipped with this material by spot-welder manufacture, it can spot welding cold and hot tie plate, stainless steel plate, such as in the case of spot- welder power, you can choose beryllium copper spot welding head; Aluminum oxide copper spot welding head is generally needle galvanized sheet welding, because the chemicals ans hardness inside are more suitable for galvanized sheet, and other material weldments affect its conductivity due to their high hardness.
