Its function is to couple the ultrasonic wave generated by the transducer into the processed object. Because it needs to transmit ultrasonic wave, the spot welding head must work in the resonant condition, that is, its natural resonant frequency should match the transducer. 三、Ultrasonic spot welding head is divided into three types according to mold materials:
1.Aluminum Magnesium mold is used for the production of Oscillation system(amplitude variation) and spot welding head. This materials had extremely high mechanical yield strength, high hardness and strong thermal conductivity, and is the ambitious ultrasound mold ingredients; but aluminum is not wear-resistant, suitable for general welding requirements.
2.Titanium alloy mold:
It is used for connecting continuous continuous vibration, with high starting Property, good heat conduction, high hardness and higher cost than magnesium alloy, but it is more durable and wear-resistant magnesium alloy mold.
3.Imported Hard Alloy steel mold:
Imported alloy materials has extremely high hardness, which is used for continuous welding or welding with wear resistance, low heat conduction, high mechanical loss to ultrasonic wave, low use cost, but the manufacturing process is relatively complicated.
