Its main feature is that the welding head and the welding machine have now formed a loop. The current passes through this loop, and the heat mainly occurs at the high end of the welding head. The welding head actively heats, while the object to be welded does not actively heat. The welding head contacts the object to be welded, and instantly transfers the heat to the object to be welded, and the object to be welded will be melted and welded on another object to be contacted.
In the spot welding equipment, the welding head needs to press the welding head on the two thin metal wires to be welded when welding thin metal wires. The welded metal wires are welded together through the effect of high temperature welding head. During the coil winding process of the CNC winding machine, the general welding head always uses manual welding when welding the coil wire. However, because the welding head is easy to wear and accumulate foreign matters, the welding head needs to be cleaned frequently, so the welding power is low, The unstable welding quality has seriously affected the output power and coil quality of the NC winding machine.
Butt welding head
It is divided into upper and lower parts. During welding, the object to be welded is located at the center of the upper and lower parts. The current passes through the object to be welded and generates heat on the object to be welded. Sometimes, the heat mainly occurs on the contact surface between the object to be welded and the welding head. It depends on which part of the current circuit has a large resistance. In the current circuit, where the resistance is high, the heat will mainly occur. Therefore, the resistance of the welding head is very important in butt welding.
Conventional butt welding head materials include chrome zirconium copper, aluminum oxide copper, beryllium copper, tungsten copper, etc., which can be selected according to different work and different product materials. For example, chrome zirconium copper spot welding heads are generally equipped with this material by spot welding manufacturers, which can spot weld cold and hot rolled plates and stainless steel plates. If the spot welding power is high, beryllium copper spot welding heads can be selected; Generally, aluminum oxide copper spot welding head is used to weld galvanized sheet. Because the chemical substances and hardness inside are more suitable for galvanized sheet, the conductivity of other material weldments is affected because of their high hardness.
