How to Improve the Service Life of Micro Inductor Welding Heads

The welding of micro inductance enameled wires must be precisely controlled at the welding temperature. So only pulse current heating power supply can be used, and precision spot welding cannot be used.
The pulse heating power supply can control the temperature at plus or minus 3 degrees.

1. The pulse power heating method utilizes the Joule heat generated when the pulse current flows through high resistance materials such as molybdenum and titanium to heat welding. Generally, a hot spot couple is connected to the front end of the heating nozzle, and the generated power is fed back to the control power supply in real time to ensure the correctness of the set temperature.
2. The pulse current heating device is an instantaneous heating method that only heats up when soldering tin needs to be melted.
3. The metal solder tip heats up when current passes through it and melts the solder. Stop powering on and cooling after the soldering tin melts. The pressurized state until the solder solidifies can obtain high reliability welding without false soldering or floating.

However, choosing a high-quality welding head is the most important. Through our testing and use, we have developed diamond welding heads and have measured their service life to reach one million times on the production line. So choosing dimond materials is the key to improving the service life of welding.
