In terms of physical and chemical properties, molybdenum boats generally have characteristics such as high density, high melting point, high strength, low coefficient of thermal expansion, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, good creep resistance, ductility, and conductivity and thermal conductivity. Note: Molybdenum boats made of different materials have some differences in physical and chemical properties and applications. For example, pure molybdenum boats can withstand temperatures of around 1100 ℃ and can be used as equipment for smelting rare earth materials and vessels for sintering tungsten oxide. Molybdenum alloy boats and TZM (molybdenum, zirconium, titanium) alloy boats can withstand temperatures of around 1900 ℃ and are suitable for working in high-temperature environments.
According to their different shapes, molybdenum boats can be circular, rectangular, square, or trapezoidal. According to different processing methods, molybdenum boats can be divided into stamping boats, folding boats, welding boats, and riveting boats. According to different materials, it can be divided into pure molybdenum boat, molybdenum lanthanum boat, molybdenum zirconium titanium boat, molybdenum rhenium boat, tungsten molybdenum boat, etc.
From a structural perspective, the high-temperature resistant molybdenum boat includes a rectangular molybdenum boat body, which is surrounded by a semi elliptical sintered molybdenum boat inner lining and a wavy heat dissipation strip. There are weight reduction holes below the wavy heat dissipation strip, a split type molybdenum boat cover on the molybdenum boat body, and coating holes and injection holes on the molybdenum boat cover. The advantage of the present invention is that the sintered inner lining of the semi elliptical molybdenum boat will not deform under long-term use conditions; The design of wavy fins and weight reducing holes is mainly aimed at reducing the weight of the molybdenum boat and accelerating its heat dissipation speed.
From a usage perspective, molybdenum boats are mainly used in coating technology, electronic industry, power engineering and other fields, such as capacitor sintering, vacuum thermal evaporation, and nuclear fuel sintering equipment.
The finished molybdenum boat is made of high-temperature rolled molybdenum plates, which have excellent characteristics of high strength and high temperature resistance. Its orderly, clean, and well welded profile ensures that the molybdenum boat has excellent temperature and lifespan under high stress conditions.
As a typical product of transition metal molybdenum, molybdenum boat, also known as evaporated molybdenum boat or coated molybdenum boat, is formed by welding or high-temperature stamping of molybdenum sheets or molybdenum based alloys. It is an important sintering carrier for molybdenum powder and other metal powders.
