Method of spot welding

 

When the spot welding head is not strong or the wire is brought up, the main point should be the spot welding head, not the higher parameters. When spot welding, be careful not to use too much force to grind, just use a grinding disc or W5 use fine sandpaper to lightly grind the bottom of the spot welding head for couple of times.

Tightening the spot welding head and then loosening it will affect the touch position of the two spot welding heads, resulting in poor welding performance. Therefore, it is strongly recommended that the spot welding head is installed and used until it cannot be used. Just take it out, do not often disassemble the spot welding head in the middle.

 

The clamping part of the spot welding head clamp should be clean

 

Due to the large current used in welding, the reason why large parameters are often required is because there are a lot of dirt where the spot welding head clamp clamps the spot welding head, which seriously affects the flow of current.
