1. The two rows of fixtures of the composite ceramic evaporation boat should be aligned and the surface should be bright.

8. 9. The length of the clamping part of the boat clamp at both ends of the evaporation boat should be adhered to together, and good electrical and mechanical contact should be ensured to prevent rated heat from occurring on the boat clamp. Ensure that the temperatures on both sides of the boat are kept together to prevent the boat from bending. Insert the evaporation boat into the graphite sheet and boat clamp, assuming that excessive pressure will cause the boat to crack. When using the new boat for the first time, it is assumed that the device is not good if it is too loose or too tight. You should refer to the manual of the boat clamp. Operators should pay great attention to the machining tolerance of the evaporation boat (the length, width, and parallelism of the boat are all very important.) Use graphite sheets to sweep the open space between the boat and the boat clamp and improve their contact. There should be sufficient pressure between the two ends of the boat and the boat clamp, and together, it is necessary to ensure that the boat can expand and become elastic during heating. The active side of the clamp should be cleaned of aluminum oxide.
